Salon Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Deposits
For new clients and large color transformations (like vivids or full lived-in blondes), a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. This deposit will go directly towards your final total on the day of your service.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the planned service to fit the remaining time. The cancellation fee may apply if rescheduling is required.
Adjustments
I want you to absolutely love your hair. If you feel that a minor adjustment is needed, please contact me within 7 days of your original appointment. I do not offer refunds, but I am happy to work with you to ensure you are thrilled with your results.
